As an attendee in this year’s Global Gathering, your checked baggage is automatically protected by Blue Ribbon Bags (BRB). In the unfortunate event that your baggage does not accompany you to Los Angeles, BRB will track and expedite the return of your baggage on your behalf. You will receive real time push notifications via email, SMS, or WhatsApp every time there is a change to the status of your mishandled bag. If your baggage is not found within 96 hours, BRB will send you $1,000 per bag, guaranteed! No proof of baggage content or receipts are required to receive our Satisfaction Guarantee Payment and payments are guaranteed even if your bags are returned after the 96-hour.

If your baggage does not arrive in Los Angeles, please follow the below direction:

• Please file a lost luggage claim at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) with the airline that you took to Los Angeles and make sure to get a copy of the claim (Property Irregularity Report) from the airline.
• Please email a copy/picture of the report that you receive from the airline to Groups@blueribbonbags.com and put “GlobalGathering25” in the subject line.
